Full face respirators which are comfortable to wear, light in weight, easy to decontaminate and maintain and compact with no impending hoses. 1.5 kg total weight including the fitted battery power pack and the only connection is an extending coil cord from the battery to the integral fan/motor unit in the mask. Low profile facemask gives the wearer a panoramic field of vision through an optically corrected high-impact and chemically resistant visor. Air flow is directed over the inside of the visor to prevent misting and provide a cooling effect to the face making the respirator more comfortable to wear for long periods. The assistance of the fan provides low resistance gives benefits to protection. The negative pressure induced inside of the facemask is much lower than in other respirators.
