Description
The Merchant Shipping and fishing Vessels (Medical Stores) Regulations 1995 SI No.1802 (as amended 1996 SI No.2821) The United Kingdom implemented the requirements of Council Directive 92/29/EEC which sets out minimum standards for ships’ medical stores by introducing the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessel (Medical Stores) Regulation 1995, as amended by the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessel(Medical Stores) Amendment Regulations 1996. The requirements for medical stores set out in M1607 and M1608 have been reviewed and are replaced by this Notice.
