These are sheet gaskets made of VALFLON™ (PTFE) with excellent chemical resistant and non-stick properties. VALQUALON™ (PTFE-blended sheet) Gasket Valqua® No. 7020 (For oxidizing) In order to improve the cold flow (the creep phenomenon), which is a drawback in PTFE, these gaskets are shaped by means of a special manufacturing process where inorganic filler material is compounded. Features: Excellent acid resistance, Heat resistance, Anti-cold flow properties , Can handle various chemicals. Temperature: -200 to 200oC / -328 to 392oF, Pressure: Max 4 MPa, Suitable fluids: General fluids (water, steam, oil, etc.), solvents, corrosive liquids (especially, acid liquid), liquefied gas, cryogenic fluid, flammable gas. Applications: Pipe flanges, valve bonnets, towers & tanks. The ring molded article supports JPI (ASME / ANSI)
