Visor arcflash protect v-gard, w/extend ear protective shape

V-Gard Electrician’s Visors provide reliable protection from arc flash effects: high temperature, flying debris and powerful radiation. They are certified to the highest European arc flash protection levels by the standards GS-ET-29 [class 2, 7 kA] andEN166 [8]. The impact and splash resistance is certified to EN 166 [B & 3]. Made from a patented injection molded blend of dyes and nano particles in a polycarbonate matrix. They absorb the arc energy layer by layer. This blend of dyes makes the visor look light green but offers the highest visual light transmission available in GS-ET-29 [VLT Class 0] providing maximum light transmittance and color recognition. As moldings they are optically correct, which ensure the best vision and reduced eye fatigue. Two versions are available: • Compatible with helmet mounted earmuffs • With extended ear protective shape, covering the ears. Both feature an anti-fog coating for a clear view in challenging situations.
