The machinery part cleaner designed for maritime use. It saves man hours because of simple operation and fast cleaning without supervision. The machines are able to accommodate and clean the most common auxiliary engine spare parts, filters, pump parts, tools, cylinder cover, etc. Internal box is made of stainless steel plates and is well isolated in order to reduce the loss of heat and enable the machine to stay heated all day, ready of use. The energy loss at evaporation is reduced considerable as the machine is fitted with a steam reducer in the top, which opens for steam discharge when the machine is started. The items are placed on the fixed grating which has a carrying capacity up to 1,350 kgs or for smaller items in a special designed basket, made of stainless steel. The cleaning liquid is heated to the required temperature controlled by the fitted thermostat.
