Used as the standard pressure gauge for testing and calibration of other pressure gauges, and also as the standard pressure generator for devices used in research and production applications. Can be measured pressure simply and rapidly at any place. A closely adjusting valve allows easy minute pressure change. A standard pressure gauge can be installed instead of a dead weight for pressure measurements.
