Product warranty policy at AZMarine — committed to the best quality and after-sales support.
AZMarine sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience when products need warranty service. The warranty period is the time AZMarine accepts and resolves warranty claims for products supplied by AZMarine, as stated on the warranty card and seal.
General regulations
- Valid warranty card: Issued by AZMarine with the product, stamped by AZMarine, intact without tampering, with complete product information.
- Valid warranty seal: Applied by AZMarine on each product, without signs of peeling, tampering, or reapplication.
- Product warranty: Repair defects and technical issues caused by manufacturing errors.
Warranty regulations
Free Warranty
Products within the warranty period from the delivery date, per each manufacturer's policy.
Warranty Card & Seal
Products must have valid AZMarine warranty cards and seals.
Product Replacement
Manufacturing defects that AZMarine technicians cannot repair → replaced with new product.
Cases NOT covered by warranty
- Products past warranty expiry or with lost warranty cards.
- Warranty seals that are torn, broken, overlaid, or tampered.
- Warranty cards without serial number, purchase date, or mismatched information.
- Products damaged by physical impact: drops, cracks, scratches, dents, moisture, rust.
- Damage from fire, natural disasters, electrical surges, or explosions.
- Products showing damage from rodents or insect intrusion.
- Products used incorrectly or with wrong voltage.
- Products disassembled or repaired by the user before warranty service.
